The Chart House Restaurant is located in the historic18th century Gardner Building, the oldest building on Boston's waterfront. PAF has performed several projects for the Chart House Restaurant including:

- A complete interior renovation after a fire caused subsantial damage.

- New kitchen and food service.

- Saving the building from crumbling into Boston Harbor. By working collaboratively with a team of engineering consultants and a construction manager, the work was accomplished on a 6-month fast track schedule, minimizing lost revenue by the restaurant. This project received a 2001 Preservation Award from the Massachusetts Historical Commission.

Mill Falls Apartments, Methuen, MA

This project involved adapting an existing complex of four historic mill buildings in Methuen, Massachusetts to be ninety-seven new units of apartment housing, including a 40% affordable component. This project received a Preservation Award from the city of Methuen Historical District Commission and was featured on the cover of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Administration's 35th Anniversary Annual Report.
